Frequently Asked Questions

We will show up on the date specified and ask to see where the trailer is to be located. Once a suitable location is agreed upon and the trailer is leveled, we will hook up the electricity and fill the fresh water tank that is used for the sinks and flushing toilets. We test everything and setup the inside of the trailer with soaps, paper products and any other essentials for your particular event. That's it. Setup usually takes about 45 minutes.

Our trailers need an electrical outlet, preferably a dedicated 20amp (no other things plugged in,  lights, band instruments..) and a garden hose connection to fill our internal water tank that supplies the sinks and toilets. We bring a 100 foot electrical cord to power the trailer and a 100 foot garden hose to fill the tank. The trailer can also be stand alone using the internal fresh water tank and one of our quiet Honda generators.

The best surface is a hard one like asphalt or concrete but we can park on gravel or firm grass. The site should be as level as possible and within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

This depends on a few factors. First how many people are coming to your event and for how long? Our two station units can handle about 150 people and our four station units can handle about 250 people. This is for an average 4-6 hour event like a wedding, party or graduation.

The trailers are 12 to 16 feet in length depending on which one you choose and they are delivered with a pickup truck that is about 15 feet long, so together they are about 30 feet long. we have gotten quite good at maneuvering  but we do like ample room to do so. 

After your event we will come by at a agreed upon time to pick up the trailer. A representative does not need to be there for pickup. We do like to drain any leftover fresh water that was suppling the sinks for travel safety. They can be heavy. The waste tank will be emptied back at our location.
